Water damage is the most expensive fault a villa can develop, and the slowest to become visible. HomeCare+ covers leak detection, drainage, water heaters, pumps and fixtures — carried out by engineers who work to the same standards as our commercial plumbing teams.
Concealed pipe leaks, slab leaks, wall and ceiling seepage, tank and connection leaks. We locate the source before opening anything up.
Blocked sinks, showers, floor traps and toilets. Main line clearing, gully and manhole cleaning, and camera survey where blockages recur.
Servicing, descaling, element and thermostat replacement, safety valve testing, and full replacement.
Booster pump servicing and repair, pressure vessel checks, tank cleaning, disinfection and level control faults.
Taps, mixers, showers, WCs, basins, kitchen connections and outdoor supply points.
Cutting into a wall to find a leak is the last resort, not the first step. Our engineers use pressure testing and acoustic and thermal methods to locate the source first — which usually means one small opening rather than several exploratory ones.
Common signs are a water meter that keeps moving when all taps are closed, damp patches or bubbling paint on walls or floors, an unexplained rise in your water bill, or a drop in water pressure. If you notice any of these, call us for leak detection before opening walls.
Close the main water stop valve to limit damage. If water is near sockets, appliances or the distribution board, switch off the electricity at the main breaker if it is safe to do so.
Repeated blockages usually point to grease and debris build-up further down the line, or to a problem with the pipe itself, such as a poor gradient or damage. Clearing the blockage treats the symptom; a camera survey finds the cause.
The usual causes are a failed heating element or thermostat, a tripped safety cut-out, or scale build-up, which is common with Qatar's water. Our engineers test each component and descale the unit where needed.
