Electrical work is the area where cutting corners carries the highest cost. HomeCare+ electrical works are carried out by qualified engineers, to Kahramaa requirements, with the work recorded and certified.
A breaker that trips repeatedly is doing its job — it is telling you something is wrong. Resetting it is not a repair. We test to identify whether the cause is a faulty appliance, a damaged circuit, moisture ingress or a genuine overload, and we report which of those it is before quoting.
All works are carried out in accordance with Kahramaa requirements. Where a modification requires utility notification or approval, we will tell you at quotation stage rather than after the work is done.
Resetting once after a trip is normal. If it trips again, stop resetting it and call an electrician. Repeated tripping means something is wrong — a faulty appliance, a damaged circuit, moisture, or an overload — and forcing the circuit back on can make it worse.
Switch off the power at the main breaker if you can do so safely, keep away from the affected area and call us immediately. Burning smells should never be left to investigate later.
Yes. We first assess the existing load and distribution board to confirm the new circuit can be supported safely, then carry out the installation in accordance with Kahramaa requirements.
Some do, particularly works that alter the incoming supply or significantly increase load. Where approval or notification is needed, we will tell you at quotation stage, not after the work is complete.
